Limited to 226 pieces worldwide, it becomes a symbol of personal memories, hopes and declarations. Since 1997, Wellendorff has dedicated each year to a special ring with its own message – 2026 is all about love.

Eight newly developed cold enamel colours – ranging from petrol blue, to nude and violet – give the 2026 Ring of the Year its extraordinary depth. They are applied precisely by hand, layer by layer, to the 48 surfaces of the ring until they reveal their full luminosity.

Three-dimensional engravings with satin-finished facets refract the light like fine mirrors and intensify the interplay of colours. The letters are embedded so they sit above the 30 engraving levels and stand out sharply and clearly – almost as if they were floating.

New, striking rope edges frame the ring like a signature. A distinctive mark of the Wellendorff manufactory, they are carved directly into the solid gold using diamond tools developed specifically for this Ring of the Year.

And because true perfection requires movement, our Ring of the Year is also a spinning ring, inviting you to rediscover its artistic nuances again and again.

A heart made of six sparkling diamonds shines in the centre of the ring. It replaces the letter “O” in the word “LOVE” and symbolises the power to follow your heart.

Each individual diamond is set by hand with the utmost care to ensure that the heart shape comes to life perfectly. The symmetrical shape is the result of expert craftsmanship and extraordinary patience – a challenge that only the most experienced jewellers can master.

Inside the ring, an engraving bears the words “AUS LIEBE” (FROM LOVE) and a secret known only to the wearer making the ring a personal companion. One that reminds us what really matters.
